About us
At My Webspot everyone comes to work with one problem to solve: Keep staying connected to the Internet, just like at home, when traveling abroad. Travelers don't know how to get an efficient and affordable access to Internet. The raise of technology surge the need to be connected, and this increases every year.
That is why, in 2014, two friends decided to create My Webspot. My Webspot team grew a couple of months later and was joined by 4 other friends. To create the offer, the 6 partners had to run all over the world: source contract from worldwide operators and find the right technology allowing several sim cards working in a single device, and, even better, accessing the sim cards through the cloud.
All these trips lead the team to create a strong partenership with a Japanese telecom group: Telecom Square. One year later, My Webspot was launched and never stopped growing since. Opening offices all over the world : Thailand, Hong-Kong, Italy and Mexico.
My Webspot employs around 70 employees worldwide, all dedicated to offer the Webspoters the best possible experience and a 24/7 dedicated customer support.

Our Team
My Webspot is a team of 70+ people divided in 3 offices around the world :
France – Paris
Paris office is our Headquarter and also the operational center for Europe and Africa.
Our operations in Europe and Africa are logistic, customer support, marketing and communication. We are pleased to welcome you from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. You can always contact us (24/7) via ourcontact page.
Mexico – Cancun
Cancun is the latest opening for My Webspot. It is a strategic place to develop north and south America from a single place. Our operations from that office consist essentially in logistics and Communication development for Latin America.
Unfortunately, our office there is not opened to the public but an airport counter at Cancun airport is opening soon. You can always contact us (24/7) via ourcontact page.
Thailand – Bangkok
Our Bangkok office is mostly a tech center. We also have a customer support and logistics team for Asia but most of our staff are dedicated to the technology development. Our technology team is divided in 2 specific sub teams: one is dedicated to data providing and suppliers management, with the help of the other offices and the other is in charge of all websites development and maintenance as well as online communication.
